mail server user name:  your login ID
Outgoing mail (SMTP)server: YourDomainName.com(net,org)
Incoming mail (POP3)server: YourDomainName.com(net,org)

All mail sent to your domain whatever@YourDomain.com will be set up to go to your main POP account (your login ID) by default.

ADD POP Email Account


Most websites do not need more than one POP account.
You can have
anything@YourDomain.com forwarded to your "MAIN POP account" ,which is your loginname@YourDomain.com or your "ISP's mail account".

You may want to add a POP account if you have someone you want to allow to have
"their own mailbox".

They will have there own username and password to retrieve their mail. Use the settings above for POP email settings.
