TO ADD EMAIL AUTO-RESPONDERS

  Please note: that autoresponders will not work with forms sent to a cgi script for processing because the autoresponder does not see the persons email address the cgi script does. There is a work around for this tho... A script call Alien Form is an example.
This is an awesome script that autoresponds to your customer because it is built into the script itself. It is more complex to install than MATT's FormMail but is much more flexable.

Here are the few steps required to set up your autoresponders.

1) Create a directory in your root directory called "auto".
2) Make a "text" file using your favorite text editor such as windows "notepad'. Here is a sample of how your text file should look.

Subject: Info About Our Company<--this is what you want to be in the subject line in the email--
Reply-To: whatever@yourdomain.com <--this is the email address you want the replies to this autoresponder sent --

Your message here......
............
...........
thank-you,
john doe

-------End of Text File -----------

Notice the space between the subject & Reply-To line and your message.

3) Upload this file to the "auto" directory in your root directory.
4) Fill out form below.

Send Auto Responder For This Email Address.
